Our FBO software is hosted on Amazon Web Service (AWS), which provides an internal cloud infrastructure and state-of-the-art servers, enabling centralized data management. 

Our network strength also allows us to engage third-party resources for regular auditing and compliance. 

No credit card information is held within the software itself. When the customer makes a payment, all credit card information is saved using encrypted tokens and processed on our gateway side. fbo 360 is explicitly designed to ensure that the software does not retain credit card information, keeping your data secure and private. 

fbo 360 features easy-to-use icons and is designed with the customer experience in mind, making it easy to train and use.

We want your team to thoroughly prepared for the new solution. Our training staff provides a comprehensive curriculum on setup, use, and troubleshooting, available during both pre-and post-conversion training sessions, and they are available for onsite visits. 

Additionally, user videos will also be available for quick reference.

We have a dedicated support staff available to work with you at any time of the day. Our platform directly communicates with TCS, allowing automatic updates so you don’t have to chase the correct information. For example, details on failed transactions are available within fbo 360, so instead of returning to TCS, you can understand the issue and address it for future transactions.
